db-util software package provides Berkeley Database Utilities, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install db-util
db-util is installed in your system.
Make ensure the db-util package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep db-util *
You will get with db-util package name, version, architecture and description in a table
